• This clergy home was built for retired priests of the Poona Diocese. • The building is designed as a T shaped extension. • There are large rooms with cross ventilation, attached bathrooms and dressing areas. The rooms front a wide corridor that runs through the building. • The kitchen and dining room are on the ground floor. • The inclined ground was utilized to design a small basement which houses cars and a generator. • In the double height, a nuns’ self contained apartment has been incorporated. • In one wing a larger room has been designed for the bishop to retire. A private chapel is located on the first floor. • The lift is accessible from the basement parking and goes up to the terrace.
