The story
• This clergy home was built for retired priests of the Poona Diocese.
• The building is designed as a T shaped extension.
• There are large rooms with cross ventilation, attached bathrooms and dressing areas. The rooms front a wide corridor that runs through the building.
• The kitchen and dining room are on the ground floor.
• The inclined ground was utilized to design a small basement which houses cars and a generator.
• In the double height, a nuns’ self contained apartment has been incorporated.
• In one wing a larger room has been designed for the bishop to retire. A private chapel is located on the first floor.
• The lift is accessible from the basement parking and goes up to the terrace.
