Project scope: 3D design and 2Ddrawings/working drawings
Design approach: I planned 1 bhk house for parents who are old at ground floor so that they don't have to climb stairs, one dedicated space for shop, 2nos 4 wheeler parking. 3 bhk for two brothers and their family at 1st floor and on second floor left space for future construction for renting purpose. That's why staircase is planned from outside.
