- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
- What happens after the free trial?
- The 14-day free trial is on the Individual and Team plans for professionals. After it you will be asked to subscribe. If you choose not to, your account automatically moves to the Free plan with no data loss.
- Is there a long-term commitment?
- Not on the professional plans: Individual and Team are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalty. The seller Launch plan is paid yearly, see below.
- How is the seller Launch plan billed?
- One payment covers twelve months. Launch does not renew by itself: when the year ends you choose whether to pay again, and if you do not, you go back to the Free seller plan with your brands and products kept. Seller plans have no free trial, because the Free seller plan costs nothing for as long as you use it.
