Construction Management Post-Graduate with more than 2 decades of experience in Quantity/ Tender/ Contracts/ Bill/ Project Management Consultancy Services with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry across Residential/ Commercial/ Industrial/ Hospitality Projects with good set of happy clients/ customers. Started the career in the Year 2002 with "AEC Infotech Private Limited", a Project Management Consultancy Firm based in Bangalore and was heading the QS/ Contracts division for almost 18 Years until taking over QS/ Contracts/ PMC division of the firm in the name of "Queyes Engineering Services Private Limited" in July 2020. Also, ventured into Renovation & Interior Fit-out Projects under the firm "Q Consultants", with Quality & Exclusivity as firm's main highlights.
