Architect Bhavin Kothari
Forged in the crucibles of architectural excellence, Bhavin's foundation was laid at the prestigious University of Mumbai (B.Arch), instilling a deep understanding of context and culture. His quest for innovation propelled him to the avant-garde halls of SCI-Arc in Los Angeles, culminating with distinction (M.Arch, 3.8 GPA) through the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. This unique trajectory blended rigorous international theory with cutting-edge design exploration, shaping a truly global perspective.
His career is a testament to shaping landmarks on a monumental scale. Bhavin has honed his craft within the command centers of the design and construction world: the dynamic hubs of EXP in Chicago, the colossal infrastructure force of Larsen & Toubro in Bengaluru, and the innovation powerhouse of Tata ELXSI, also in Bengaluru. Here, he didn't merely participate; he led, innovated, and delivered on projects demanding the highest levels of precision, ambition, and complexity.

Urban Arteries: Reimagining daily commutes across multiple Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) train stations, seamlessly integrating function and civic identity.
Bastions of Justice: Commanding the design narrative for the Federal Courthouse in Saipan, projecting authority and dignity in the Pacific.
Community Catalysts: Masterfully designing eight Hy-Vee grocery stores, transforming everyday necessities into vibrant, efficient community anchors.
Reaching for the Sky: Sculpting the iconic silhouette of the Panchshil Towers in Pune, alongside numerous other significant residential and commercial developments that reshape cityscapes
