The story
Client has a very odd shaped land leased from Railway for 89 years. It was right next to a busy Mumbai railway line. We were to utilise 5 FSI to accommodate 4 level Retail plaza and rest for Ultra luxury Residential apartments with maximum utilization of Sea and Mahalaxmi Racecourse View.
