Scope: Restaurant, landscaping, open seating, parking, entrance gate, office, laundry and toilets.
Design approach: Client wanted to have a restaurant to attract customers as there were other restaurants nearby in competition. So, I planned a restaurant alongwith nice landscaping, lighting with open seating. Since, the weather was warm, so I placed an artificial waterbody and greeneries nearby restaurant. Open seating will be open to customers after sunset. Entrance was designed to attract customers.
