The brief was simple — make a 4 BHK feel like one continuous room without losing the discipline of separate functions. We let the marble dado do the work of the divider, and held back on colour everywhere else so the light could change the rooms through the day.

We came to AECORD with a builder's budget and a vague feeling that boutique didn't have to mean a spreadsheet I'd never see. We got a turnkey home that already feels like we've been here for a decade. The shared pool was her idea — and in the single thing every buyer mentions on first walk-through.
