The story
A landscape-led residential community that translates the spatial ethos of Lothal into a contemporary living environment. Low-rise built forms are organized through porous clusters, shaded courtyards, pedestrian-scaled streets and interconnected green pockets, creating a calibrated hierarchy of public, semi-public and private realms. Native planting, passive climatic strategies and material continuity reinforce a site-responsive, low-impact urban character rooted in place and memory.
