Scope: Exterior and interior of the building
Design Approach: The building was in dilapidated condition. So, few portions neeed to be demolished and reconstructed. The exterior was proposed to be covered in ACP(Aluminium composite panel) to renew the exterior look. Motorised pergolas(Vergolas) were proposed in the front and back. In the centre, a capsule lift was proposed. Trees were proposed near the parking area to provide shade to the vehicles parked.
Interior : The ground floor was dedicated to office area, consume office and common facilities. The first floor was dedicated to retail office. The secomd floor was dedicated to common facilities which include a large conference room. The interior was of art deco style. The whole concept to give the office a corporate look.
