The proposed masterplan envisions a 10-acre residential development in the rapidly growing neighbourhood of Begur, Bengaluru. Strategically located with strong connectivity to major arterial roads and key urban hubs, the site offers accessibility while maintaining a sense of calm and community away from the city’s intensity.
A comprehensive site analysis informed the design approach, examining topography, soil conditions, drainage, climate, vegetation, and surrounding development patterns. These insights shaped a context-responsive strategy that works with the land rather than against it.
The masterplan establishes a clear hierarchy of streets, open spaces, and community amenities to encourage walkability and social interaction. Landscaped greens, shaded pathways, and shared spaces enhance microclimatic comfort and promote outdoor living. Sustainable water management and biodiversity-driven planting further strengthen environmental resilience.
