Scope: Designing a joint family home alongwith a small space dedicated for commercial purpose and leave scope for extending it upwards for rent purpose.
Design approach: I designed 1bhk for elderly parents at ground floor as they are old enough to climb the stairs designed in such a way that it is naturally well lit and airy. Flooring used is anti slippery and furnitures are placed in such a way that a proper movement space is there. Parking area for 2 cars and a small space for commercial use is also provided. At first floor 3bhk was designed for two sons and their families.
